Photosmith is a photo studio located in Cincinnati, Ohio. We primarily serve Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, but always love to travel when the opportunity presents itself. The studio does fine art, commercial, event, portrait, and boudoir photography. The main writers of the blog are Suz and Brad. We talk about what we do, what we feel, ideas we have. Oh yes, and we post lots of pictures. Lots and lots of pictures.

Katie and Ryan
Katie and Ryan were married on Saturday, September 26th, 2009. Their ceremony and reception were held at the Wiedemann Hill Mansion in Newport Kentucky. Katie and Ryan had their ceremony on the porch with their loved ones gathered around. Shades of greens and blue ran throughout the day, from the bridesmaid dresses to decor.

Joann and Andy
Joann and Andy are getting married in October at St. Thomas More. The reception will be held at Norlyn Manor. We did their engagement pictures at my sister's house. She lives in a lakeside community with lots of trees so I thought it was a good option for Joann and Andy. They wore their Xavier sweatshirts for a few shots to show their Xavier pride. Go Musketeers!

Stacy and Paul
Stacy and Paul got married on September 20. The ceremony was held on the porch of Wiedemann Hill Mansion. They had a sand ceremony, which has a similar sentiment as a unity candle: two families coming together, and they incorporated Paul's daughter into this ceremony. They each had their own color of sand which they poured into one larger glass vessel. At the end of the evening they rode away in a horse drawn carriage. To see more of their pictures, click here. Sarah and Ted
Sarah and Ted were married on September 19th. There ceremony was at Mother of God church in Covington and the reception was at the Taft. Sarah wore a family heirloom lace veil that was absolutely beautiful. Her bouquets were some of the most unique ones I've seen. Amidst the roses, berries, and greenery were succulents! Robin Wood Florist did an excellent job; it all worked very well together! Ted was very proud of the green argyle socks he wore. His socks made an appearance in quite a few pictures. At the reception, the Eddie Pollina Band provided the music for the evening. To see more of their pictures, click here the password is reisterworland. Enjoy!

Kristine and Eric
Kristine and Eric married on the 11th. Their ceremony overlooked Lake Lindsay and the reception was in Kayla's Korner. Lake Lindsay is such a beautiful place to have an outdoor ceremony. Their color scheme was classic black with accents of pink and green. Kristine's bouquet was make of pink and green hydrangeas. They were a fun couple with a sense of whimsy. Eric brought his dirt bike and toward the end of the night was giving kids rides. Kristine wore two garters, one to throw away and one for Eric. Eric's had a bike chain sewn into it!
Tina and Steven
Tina and Steven married on Saturday, the 12th. The ceremony and reception were held at the French House. Tina's bouquet was a unique blend of exotic flowers in warm tones, including protea. The cake was tiered with a blue, vine design flowing along the side. The ceremony was held in the garden area and the reception was in an event tent behind the house. At night, the light glowed from under the tent. They had a live band and everyone seemed to be having a good time out on the dance floor.
