Kathryn the Cute

On Friday, Brad photographed little Kathryn. Kathryn just turned one last week. We photographed her last September, too. She was a super cute baby and is growing up into a super cute little girl. Here are a few pictures from both sessions.
Just look at that happy face!

On the move...

Adorable in her blue dress!

The Wedding of Kendra and Brandon. Photos by Brad Smith, Photosmith, Cincinnati, Ohio

Kendra and Brandon had a two day wedding celebration. On Friday, they got married at the Leapin Lizard Gallery in Covington in the MainStrasse Village. It's a cool space that serves as both an art gallery and event venue. The building was a church in its former life in the late 1800's. Since then, it has been renovated on all three levels, but still maintains some of the original stained glass windows and an enormous pipe organ. Kendra and Brandon were married by one of their best friends which made it even more special and personal. After the official ceremony on Friday, a small group of family and friends went to Dee Felice (one of Brad's favorite places to go for music, incidentally.) On Saturday, the festivities continued at the Leapin Lizard with a larger group of friends and family. They had all kinds of food including mini burgers, creme brule, and a cupcake tower. The maid of honor performed an original song she had written for the bride and groom. After that, there were two bands, The Downtown County Band and Doghouse. A good time was had by all. Here are a few pics.

Looking Back Weddings Part 2

Looking Back Weddings Part 1

Here are a few fun shots from last year's weddings. Most of these haven't been posted before. When I was going through the photos, I quickly picked a few that stood out to me as a little bit different than what I normally post for weddings. Some of these are more candid, some are silly fun, and some are sweet tender. I love looking at photographs. There is so much emotion that can be shown in a picture and sometimes I find myself laughing out loud or smiling or the occasional, awww... --Suz
